Forecast 1: By 2030, everyone's words and deeds will be recorded. Nanometer chips will be implanted in humans to form a ubiquitous communication network. Each person will have a unique IP address. As the nanometer-storage capacity is almost infinite, so all the dialogue and activities will be recorded and are recoverable. Forecast 2: With easier access to technology, bio-violence will become an even greater threat. Bacteria and viruses may be modified to increase the execution or to respond to antibiotics.    Forecast 3: Automotive as king of the road will come to an end. Wireless communication development will reduce human demand on travel, the truck will be gradually replaced by air transport. The policies and other factors of restricting car ownership may be deprived of cars’ dominance on the environment and culture. Forecast 4: Occupation and university major will be more specialized. The students do not generally study Business, but begin to select sub-major, for example, Continuing commercial science, information science and entrepreneurial learning strategy. Other popular professions to attract the interest of students, for example, neuroscience and nanotechnology , Computer and digital forensics, comics art. Forecast 5: In the near future there may also not appear the world law, but national legal systems will be networked. As a national and local legal databases, Global Legal Information Network (GLIN) is currently composed of more than fifty countries, by 2010 will increase to more than 100 countries.  Forecast 6: Like the last century’s space race, bio-medical and genetic improvement race will appear in the 21st century. Forecast 7: The out of date speed of professional knowledge is almost the same to the speed of human’s learning professional knowledge. The employment market and the rapid development of workplace skills requires that every employee needs re-acceptance of vocational education.  Forecast 8: By 2030, the degree of urbanization will reach 60%. Because of crowded housing and poor sanitary conditions, infectious diseases will become more regular. With the increase in carbon dioxide emissions and reduction in vegetation to absorb carbon dioxide, the rate of global warming may be accelerating.       Forecast 9: The Middle East will become more secular.
